I personally tested this method for 6 months and lost about 2Kg per month. Those questions will help you becoming aware of your stomach fullness. After a few weeks, you will start feeling when it's time to eat and when it's not by just listening to your stomach. By using Dieetly everyday, you will get eating disorders and portions under control. You will become mentally stronger and achieve the weight you have always wanted.
