Every time said Password device we just lost 350$ bought this device
Last version terrible
The latest version of the software is not usable for working with PACCAR.
Before this update, I was always satisfied with it and never had any issues. Now it has become extremely difficult to use.
Fault codes are much harder to read and understand than before.
Previously, there were never any problems starting a regen or clearing a derate. Now it is almost impossible to do.
My assessment: the only reasonable option is to unsubscribe and throw the device away.

No regen
Assuming most of the people want to be able to do regen, don't bother with this. Not working even with subscription, at least for Volvo trucks
Waste of money
In a true repair shop environment this tool is useless. Once they charge 30.00 a month for Regen access this thing is a paperweight for my to do list. That’s right 350.00 for a paperweight. Find something that works as described with no subscription

Was working couple of months correct. Now asking for login. All attempts failed. Was trying Apple ID and email. “”PostConfirmation invocation failed due to error Socket timeout while invoking Lambda function””
Sneaky manipulative tactics
When i first bought the product on Amazon they charged me $350 dollars one time payment to be able to do def regens and other resets for my truck. Now however they have implemented a $30 dollars a month mandatory fee to use the regen service. These guys are losers and this is a total rip off. I wouldnt have had payed $350 then, why lie to us and claim its free to use when later you will make us have to pay a $30 month subscription fee ?

Great diagnostic tool
I’m out of NJ and the dealer wants 300 just to scan the truck . So far I’ve used this unit on a 2013 international with maxxforce 13 engine. I force regenerated it with the this app and plug in module after fixing a dpf pressure sensor that the app said it most likely the cause of the code. After it reads the code you can click on how to fix and it will give you detailed instructions on how to fix with wire schematics and all. After the forced regen everything worked great. I also used in. A 2014 kenworth t800 with Cummins I think it’s an x15 . I forced a regen with that one too and fixed the problem . The module monitors all temps so it’s a very useful tool to have. I also tried it in my 2016 cat truck to see if it would link up and it does. Thankfully it doesn’t have any engine lights on right now but it’s only a matter of time. Jay NJ

Great product
This is a great product. I sell Volvos and Freightliners and check engine lights come on at times. This tool gives me the chance to diagnose what the issue is in minutes. Highly recommend this product to drivers and other dealerships.
