Horrible customer service
I canceled this app 2 days after I signed up for the free trial and for whatever reason the app didn’t cancel it and I was charged for a full year membership. I went to the website and was able to cancel it right away but now they won’t give me my money back. It’s not my fault the app didn’t cancel the membership. This is horrible customer service.

Screen doesn’t load
Meal plan under daily routine does not load.
Used to be great
This app used to be really great but recently the daily videos and knowledges bites have just been repeating over and over again. I’m not sure if the developers are still maintaining it or if all their effort is now with HAVA app. Hopefully they will see this review and can make this app great again.

This is an incredible program that stresses education over foolish things that make no sense. They’re even thoughtful enough to consider people‘s budget so that they can work on things that they can afford. It’s a good long-term program for young and old. It does require that you do know how to cook. But it does give you options if you’re not someone so inclined.

Don’t trust the recipes
The information is good, but the number of servings for the recipes keeps changing back to their default values. So you can be partway through cooking 2 servings, and the recipe will start showing quantities for 4 servings.
No ability to specify specific foods to avoid
This app only gives you the ability to avoid wide categories of foods like dairy or nuts. No option to avoid soy, specific nuts or specific plants. If you have food allergies or intolerances, this app is useless.
Excellent Diet Tracking App!
Excellent diet tracking App! Numerous valuable resources for diet support and robust diet tracking elements to keep you on track to your weight-loss goals. I'm currently down 98 lbs!. Only 27 more lbs to my goal!!!
Great for beginners
Great place to start for new keto beginners or new fitness goers. Easy meals I can cook under 15min, cause with kids that matters! Love the flavor and seasoning each meals offer! Would recommend to anyone
Simple, satisfying, structured
I love the recipes and how you can make enough for the next day’s lunch. I like to cook but making fancy meals every day isn’t realistic. These recipes are easy to find and if you didn’t know they were from Diet Doctor you would never consider them “weight loss” meals. Good enough for guests.
BEWARE!!
I like the app and signed up for the free trial. My partner has used this app a couple of years ago and was billed monthly. I thought I had signed up for a monthly subscription but am absolutely stunned today to find $200NZD withdrawn from my account for the annual fee. I was enjoying the app and was feeling happy to continue and pay the monthly subscription fee. HOWEVER BEWARE- I received no notification or communication to say the 30 day trial was coming to an end and that I would be billed annually and not monthly as suggested when I signed up. The annual fee is not affordable for my family right now and I am completely upset and shocked. I have emailed support and hope that I can be refunded and changed over to a monthly subscription fee. I feel cheated.

La IA del ordenador me explicó que es fácil cambiar el idioma en la aplicación. Pero no lo encuentro no quiero pagar a premium si no estoy segura que la pueda leer en español
Cuidado, estafadores
Tengan cuidado con lo que aceptan, te llegan cobros que no has aceptado. En mi caso $20. Luego no responden a soporte.
Poor attitude
This is a good app with good resources but the customer support is poor. I recommend that anyone who pays for a subscription ensure that air renewals are off as they will not refund even if you are not using and don’t want the application.

Hace unos 3 años +/- ya hice esta dieta con esta app y me pareció increíble y súper intuitiva.
Me he vuelto a apuntar y no es tan sencilla, cuesta encontrar las cosas, si quieres información de lectura, no eres capaz de encontrarlo a la primera, tienes que ir trasteando y después de mucho tocar acabas encontrando las cosas, pero en otro lado al que claro, luego no sabes volver.
Bfffff me pone un poco de los nervios, la verdad.

Keeps Freezing
Overall I love the app and its design, it’s user friendly and convenient.
My big issue with the app is that it is very buggy. It freezes up on me every time I use it. If I navigate away from the app to add an item to an online shopping order when I come back to the app it is frozen and I have to completely close the app and reopen it. This happens multiple times every time I use the app. Makes it useless.
