App frozen it’s been a few more weeks and app still stuck does anyone actually work at this

App has been frozen for three weeks and I was charged a renewal for the subscription and I can’t even use the app.. and they are not liable for any problem as long as it’s free but it’s not free if you have to pay for credits .. it’s a scam Apple really need to check these things out before allowing scam apps in the store
