Great game but ads for coins freeze

I really like this app but about 1/3 of the ads for coins freeze. The only way to get out of it is to close and restart the app. Tried to go into help and support and it’s the only button that doesn’t work. Now what?

Tried to go in through the app using the help and support option but that button does not work. Nothing happens when pressed.
In the meantime, ads are not freezing anymore but I’m waiting on new levels. When will they be available?
