Every week seems like there’s something new wrong with the app, especially with trying to sign in

This App has a bug that will not let me reset my password

I was logged out of my account and I tried logging back in. After trying my password which I knew was correct and getting it wrong I decided to reset my password. As soon as I did that I got the error: Device limit reached. So I turn my phone off and on, reinstall app and the cycle continues with no real help. It’s been about 3 months now trying to log back into this app.
