Friendly Application
Great application to find my classes, mark my attendance, find my course handouts, attend classroom quiz, participate in discussion forum. I like calendar feature which allows me to check sessions for the upcoming day.
Each update is worse
It’s like it gets slower with each update the loading times are ridiculous and taking attendance gets progressively worse, i sit right next to the clinician and it still won’t pickup that i am near, even marks absent when that happens
Horrible tech support
To start the majority of the positive reviews (80-90%) are from the digival team themselves or from students that were asked to rate the application 5 stars.
Whenever a technical issue is found by students and reported it never seems to be taken seriously. There is no valid technical support and even if there was there is no vlear way to contact them other than through E-Mails that they never reply to anyways. The constant addition of buggy technical features at the beginning of every year that make trouble shooting even worse as time goes on. This is my last year studying and I am truly happy to graduate and never have to deal with this application nor the staff that are running it ever again!!

My experience in DigiAssess
My experience in DigiAssess was great because it was easier for me to read the questions and the answers, it was nice to mark the questions that I wanted to go back to, and it was easier to change the answers and to write them down and I also enjoy quiz activity with my teacher, it improves student engagement

Its not efficient that i have to enter my credentials everytime i sign in
-Needs a better ui for more clear navigation like replacing the burger menu with on screen buttons

You can learn how to use the app very quickly, it is not complicated AT ALL. With this application, I was able to find the contents of my courses, mark attendance, and organize a schedule for my classes. It even made it easier to export the schedule to my phone’s calendar.

Larger screen on iPads
It’s a nice application and it’s improving a lot but the application doesn’t provide a full screen on iPads so could you please work on it
