About
With the Digital Wellbeing app, you can contact the social and health services of the wellbeing area in Espoo, Karkkila, Vihti and Lohja via Chat Appointment. Services and opening hours are specific to each municipality. Check the services and opening hours on the luvn.fi website (https://www.luvn.fi/en/digital-wellbeing-service).
You can identify yourself in the application in the Suomi.fi service. For this you need an online banking ID, a certification card or a mobile certificate. You can also use the services on behalf of another person. The application checks the mandate from the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations service.
In the app, you can:
- Talk to a nurse and get care instructions, a prescription or a referral (for the residents of Espoo, Karkkila, Lohja and Vihti)
- Talk to your child health clinic nurse (for residents of Espoo)
- Talk to your student health care nurse (for residents of Espoo)
