You can’t remove old cards
I like the app a lot, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove old cards.
Change the icon!!!!!
I appreciate the effort, but please:
1. Change the icon. No one wants a pic of stranger on the icon. Total turn off.
2. Make it so the pics can be sharper or the ability to import scanned photos.
I’m deleting the app because of the bad looking icon. I’m not trying to be rude, but just telling you the truth.

wish I downloaded this a while ago.
The company hasn't been updated in 3 years
They still have not shown how they use our information, and if they share it with others.
The ID still doesn't work on my watch, even though they said they added it 3-4 years ago.

Use at your own peril
There is NO disclosed privacy policy, NO website, and NO way to verify that one’s extremely private docs and info aren’t being siphoned into a database and sold on the dark web. The docs and info we are told can be ‘securely’ stored in DigiID are the exact docs and into required for identity theft. AND there is NO way to verify ANY of the privacy claims made in the app’s description.
Further, the app hasn’t been updated in over FOUR (4) YEARS at the time of this review. For any thoughtful person there are RED FLAGS 🚩 everywhere. If you want to input your most private info an app with zero any assurance of privacy apart from the app developer telling you so in the app’s description, you do so at your own peril.

http://digiid.live is where you can find out privacy policy. Everything you have stated is not true. No information is ever collected or saved in any database. It’s all saved in each user’s device.

I get a snapshot of someone else’s driver license is practical and obvious, easy to find the app, but i have to hide this app because to see the picture of a creepy guy just doesn’t sit well with me. Get better icon. I already paid for this app and unfortunately i am stuck but for the sake of other users and to improve your appeal, please spend sometime and change the icon of your app.

Blur out sensitive info is great
Love the way you can blur out your address or whatever information you want, haven’t seen this before. No complaints works awesome! 👏
Needs a delete ID card function
I don’t see a way to delete an old card when it needs updated. There are no instructions, and this is the only way to contact the developer.
Saves time
Don’t have much time to waste and this app helps with that.
Smooth sailing
I use this with their vax passport and actually also have a copy of my vax card front and back on this one and use vaccinated when I want to share with others. Great stuff, works great 🙌
Good App BUT
I’ve been using this app for a while now and as far as scanning and using the app, it works great. The thing that really annoys me is I can’t sort the images in the order I want them so I find them much easier. As it is now, you have to look through all the scans to find the one you want. Other than that problem, the app works and I like it. I have the paid version.

Easy way to keep important docs like my drivers license on file in a secure place! App is simple to use and documents are easy to locate!
Simple to use and better than the rest.
This app is genius because it’s so simple. Those other so called ID apps are a joke they literally ask you to fill outs bunch of info and then deliver disappointment and stress.

Very Useful
I use this app all the time when I have to show my ID around school, and in the pharmacy. Even used it once when I got pulled over and didn’t have my drivers license with me! Cop didn’t even ask to take my phone just took a picture from his phone and went back to his cop car! LOL! I guess he did his own verification and came back with a warning to not speed! Didn’t even mention not having my actual physical card with me!

I have made a mistake to try this out but that was not a good idea at all. This app won’t allow you to remove your ID. I have huge concern that this app might steal people’s identity and not sure how it was approved by apple app store.
