The app does not play videos, the instruction sheet is horrible, this is not a kid friendly machine. The process was challenging and above the age rating.

I was just trying to make a band for my friends and it wouldn’t connect i’m still trying to connect it. The app doesn’t work or the instructions don’t work. Please do not buy to waste of your money and time.

This is the most junkiest, cheapest, piece of trash I’ve ever used. The digiloom is SO hard to cooperate with. First, I had so much trouble setting it up, so I watched the videos on the app. They made it seem so simple, but it did not help whatsoever. When I actually got it set up and ready to make the bracelet it didn’t even make a pattern AT ALL!! It was just a wrap of string around a piece of plastic. Second, you have to pay to use every little pattern. This is so stupid and don’t waste your time and money. I’m definitely throwing this away. I do not recommend at all

Too complicated and code has problems
I got a digi loom for my birthday, and who knew that the code only unlocks 1 pack! I thought you could unlock multiple with it. Also how do you even use this thing it is soooooooo complicated.

I’ve tried 15 times to enter the code . step four in the Quickstart guide is unlock your emojis and patterns by entering the code important this is a special code to unlock your digiloom patterns but it does not work.

I have been sitting here attempting to connect for close to 30 mins. Batteries are fresh, app is installed and up to date, devices are literally touching- error message every time. I have watched the troubleshooting video, I have reset the Digiloom.
