App currently buffering after 2-3 mins

Every channel I tried watching is buffering after a couple of minutes, I’ve tried watching to see if it is from the app ir the website and I confirmed it’s the app because on my computer it works fine. Used to work really good like a month ago, but now it’s useless.

Completely useless

During their local digi complete blackout ( tv, internet and mobile network) during the euro 2024 football event and currently during the Olympic opening ceremonies... this app gives the error of " continutul este Disponibil doar din rețeaua digi " but this defeats the purpose since nothing DIGI works locally except for the competition 's services which will gain my buck and membership once the digi contract is over. A complete useless service and app.

Poor service

The app opens but It’s unable to connect with any of the stream channels . Getting error “cannot access behind VPN/proxy 999 “. Don’t ask me to send a print screen, I’m not the first one to complain ! It seems You guys ARE aware this app malfunctions but choose not to fix it …
On top of this, you are not planning to answer, let along fix the problem…

Poor service

After the app opens , It’s unable to connect with any of the stream channels . Reinstalling doesn’t solve the problem…
And no hope to get help …

Probleme …

Dupa ultimul update playerul din aplicație îmi spune ca nu este suportat de sistemul de operare … adică iOS sau iPad. Puteți remedia aceasta problema ?

Fiind abonat digi si plecat din tara 6 luni pe an incerc sa vizionez programele din tara pe internet si este imposibil; imbecilitatea unora se traduce in mesaje de kkt “ acest program nu este accesibil in afara tarii” … pai la ce mama naibii mai aveti online daca il pot vedea numai daca stau acasa? Management imbecil, developeri prosti … mda … pana considerati extinderea abilitatii de a viziona programele in afara tarii banuiesc ca o sa continuam sa le vizionam cand mergem la wc sau cand mergem cu tramvaiul. Serios acum ce idiot va face strategia de piata?

After the latest update the login screen just freezes after entering user & pass.

Useless app

Very interesting. 2 days ago I’ve wrote a very critic review about this useless app and about RCS/RDS, the “best” internet service provider in Romania, if is to believe their own advertising. Today I tried to check if is any feedback on my review, and I had the surprise to find out that all reviews were removed, and the app presented as a new app. For all reading this, this app is not new, been there for years, use to work decent, is just but newly updated. You would expect a better experience after an update, but not in the case of RCS/RDS. They manage constantly to screw up the app with each iteration.
Now the app is not opening any channel, just a black screen without any error, black and empty, same as the brains of those developers responsible for building this useless app on iOS.
You would expect developers to fix the bugs, instead they found an easier solution: present the app as brand new on App Store and remove all reviews.
Once again, SHAME ON YOU RCS/RDS.

The reviews cannot be deleted manually, they are reset by the store when there is a new update of the application. Puteti va rog sa faceti un update sa putem sa ne uitam la meciuri in landscape mode? Degeaba dau click pe iconita respectiva ca nimic nu se intampla.

Cu ultimul update ‘’New player and streams” nu se mai incarca deloc. Creca rezolvati si voi pana in 2025…

Merge bine, chromecast e suportat

Multe review-uri de o stea dar cred ca pentru versiunile mai vechi. Chromecast merge perfect pentru mine. Trebuie într-adevăr sa fii pe teritoriul României sau cel puțin sa ai un VPN. Dar dacă ești in diaspora, puțin probabil sa ai abonament la Digi, așa ca nu ajuta oricum (sau ceri rudelor din România login-ul).

Partea mai deranjanta (pentru care as mai fi tăiat o stea dar vreau sa compensez celelalte review-uri) este ca in HD are tendința sa schimbe continuu rezoluția și ori sare 2-3 secunde in video or repeta tot atât.
