Creating. An account is not as smooth.

Tried to do an account on this app, I had tried on 7 different occasions to create an account to see what the app is all about but I was sad to see that on each and every attempt I was either sent a message that the name, number is not valid or the user is not valid. I had tried this last month too and the same thing happened. Please fix this bug, or maybe it’s only me.
