We strive for high accuracy in angle measurements, and the error should generally not exceed 1°. We suggest taking a look at the instructions or the short demo videos included in the app to ensure proper usage. And, please check the measurement mode, as the program has two modes: measuring plane angles and measuring dihedral angles in space. In our experience, most issues stem from selecting the incorrect mode. If you’re still experiencing an issue, please reach out to us via the feedback option available within the app.

Most likely you are using the wrong measurement mode. You have to change the mode.
Trying to measure ROM
I don’t understand how to use this. Directions were not helpful. Trying to measure wrist ROM and it calculated 179 degrees
