like why does it always stop at 99% can’t you fix it? I have 5-G high speed internet so you can’t blame my internet connection so FIX IT

The app takes atlest 20 minutes to load and then it won’t even work

I use it everyday it works very well and functions good only sometimes small problems occur other than that all good.
