App Blocker and Productivity Booster
I seriously can’t believe how helpful this app has been to my life. I’ve tried other app blockers but they all are passive and are easy to pause and turn off. It has all the core features such as blocks, unblocks, and time limits.
It also has integrations that puts a purpose to why the apps are blocked in the first place. You can block apps until a to do list is completed, an apple health activity is completed, timer is reached, and much more. I use it to stay on track for working out, chores, and also just limiting phone usage. It’s not only an app blocker but an incredible productivity booster!

This is working
I am just getting started with the app but have figured out how to write expressions that help me limit my “addictive” uses exactly as I want - and I have cut my time-wasting “surfing” by more than 80%. And have hit my daily steps goal, while doing it. Nothing else has ever worked for me, like this.

I plan to write a more detailed review later but, after one week, I have cut my time-wasting “surfing” by more than half. Nothing else has ever worked for me, like this. And I love that I can write custom code to really fit what I want to accomplish.

I use the app to stay off social media and off my phone for a certain amount of time a day. It definitely improved my mood. This is a great app.

Life changing
Fantastic new app that keeps me accountable. After a long illness I needed something to get me going physically. Digital Carrot was just the ticket! I’m walking, jogging, or biking almost every day, and I’m staying on task at work. It’s definitely the best productivity app I’ve ever used and the only one I’ve managed to stick with. Five stars

This app is saving my life
And I might mean that literally. Since I found this app I’ve been able to motivate myself to actually get 10k steps a day, nothing fun on my phone works until goals are met. Upgraded to paid and experience is even more fine tuned. It all works as promised, and I’m going on 22 days strong hitting my step goals, and my phone screentime usage is much lower as well, both good things!!
