You have to pay?

So I saw this game, thinking stupidly "oh this would be so cool to have digital circus in toca!" well, if you are thinking of getting this game, DO NOT! it costs money to literally get the characters. like what? can't you just make it totally free to use? i think it is a stupid idea to have to pay for a mod that literally costs $10 a week. yes, there's a 3 day free trial, but that's only for 3 days, which i think is useless to even purchase. if you can make this game free, then I might have second thoughts on this app.
