Worst app ever
I can’t ever log in to this app. It is constantly forgetting my login and password. Gonna have to call them or login to their website. Driving there would be easier.

Not working
For months I have been trying to get in so I can schedule September. After years of using, I am frustrated.
Can not log in
Seems to be a common issue, I have not been able to log in to the app once to access my donor/other info. They also don’t appear to have a customer support page available. When clicking the link on the Digital Donor page for customer support, it leads to a broken webpage. Hopefully they release an update on this, I can’t believe how many reviews say logging in isn’t possible and they haven’t fixed it.
For an example of how it’s broken: I plug in all my log in info, hit sign in, and the page just sits there. It does not say anything’s incorrect, it just sits there with no new pop ups.

The submit button at the end of the survey doesn’t work on my iPhone 16 Pro Max browser.

This app is terrible and outdated
Good luck logging in, even after resetting password. When attempting to log in, a colored bar pops up and nothing else happens. You folks are getting our blood for free, the least you can do is get a functioning app for making appointments.
Got deferred once, never donating again
This was years ago, and even though I am a perfectly healthy and likely eligible donor now, I'm choosing not to donate blood ever again from a past referral out of sheer pettiness. Hope you guys brush up in your people skills again because that's how you lose donors.

Doesn’t work since the last iOS update. Haven’t been able to make a single appointment.
Could be better
Overall, it’s an helpful app, but on occasion it acts up. Sometimes it just won’t let me login after pressing login. Hope that gets fixed. I’d rather use the app than log on using a web browser.
Just doesn’t work
I’ve used it successfully in the past but now I never can login - the login button just doesn’t do anything. This has been reported for a year and still not fixed!
