Waste of money
I purchased the 5 dollar subscription and 5 dollars worth of credits. When I tried to scan a card it told me to subscribe even though I just subscribed, then when I emailed them they didn’t respond. Don’t buy from them.
Fake ads and paid reviews
Sent in multiple cards this app said were 9.9s. All came back 9 or under. Do not use this app and think you’re gonna get anything good. All of the reviews they have out there of people grading and getting back good grades must be fake

I was excited to get the app and then once I got it I had to pay to use the app what a stupid waste of time don’t buy it unless you can afford to pay

Horrible app don’t recommend
I saw all the videos on TikTok of creators and how accurate this app is so I thought why not I’ll give it a try. I paid the $20 subscription for one month and started using it right away. I found that the layout is atrocious you can’t even find out how to start scanning cards. It took me so long to find out how to even grade the cards and once I did grade the cards I learned it takes 30 minutes to grade the cards which was unmentioned. The app can’t even recognize certain cards. I did multiple cards 3+ times and I got a variation of grades ranging from 7 to 9. Terrible app will not recommend if you really want a AI grading app I would recommend trying Holodex ai instead. #subscription canceled

Bad business practices
They make you pay for the subscription service before you can even get into the app. 10 or 15 bucks. Just to access it. Then once you pay the money you have to spend more money to actually grade the card by buying credits. Use HoloDex instead. Canceled the subscription immediately and will be disputing with my credit card company. It’s only 15 bucks but that’s super scammy.

Do not buy - waste of money.
Wish I’d read the other reviews before subscribing. The app is terrible. Doesn’t recognise any of the new Pokemon sets and it’s laggy. I couldn’t use it at all.

Bad, no service available, app not working well
I applied to grade my card using utility and added credits. I’ve have been waiting to scan and cannot.

Not accurate
Miss identified multiple card whitening areas even know there was nothing there on multiple cards, tested the same card multiple times and got 9.3 and 8.7. Is more accurate to just eye test the card for whitening and edge wear as the ai is completely useless at finding it and tells me there’s whitening where there is none. If it was free I would say it’s not too bad for a complete noob card collector to help them test the cards quality but for $22 Aud a month is a joke

Don’t waste you time and money
This app requires pay to use it at all. And even if you buy their cheapest plan you can’t even grade them without paying more. Even when you buy their $10 plan you can’t only use the service that takes 30 minutes per card. Only if you get the best plan can you use the real grading service. And the centering tool is BAD. It said my cards centering was 10 when I could clearly see 40-60 centering if not more.

Inaccurate at best
Scanned about 20 cards. Some of the heavy played got in the 9.0-9.3 range. Terribly misleading and could lose you a lot of money by convincing you to grade card that you should not
Seems like reasonable estimates
Since it gets no slanted views of the cards, it won’t detect wrinkles and light creases and scratches. Other surface criteria send to be reflected pretty accurately. I really like the business model, buy credits spend credits. Much more flexible than the monthly subscription which sends pretty expensive.

I want to delete my account
Scams you into creating an account and then instantly puts u in an inescapable paywall that has a “settings” gear where i assume “delete account” is located, but it does not allow you to click it. I’m just glad I used my spam/possible scam email address and a fake name.
Shady tactics
They ask you to rate their app and then after show you that it is a paid for service.
Paid for subscription and didn’t get anything
Paid 15 pounds to use this and its still telling me to buy a subscription??
