Never finds the correct card
Greater the same card three times and got three different grades

Taken multiple pictures of cards I want to grade and every time something different pops out on my grade for the same card. Plus I look up the card I’m trying to grade to let the software know which one it is because apparently the pictures I take are no good for it to analyze by its self. Once you search the card your self and click on it , it still adds a different card on file. Nothing but a headache and a loss of money. Wish I knew had to get my refund!

AI Scan Not Working Properly
Digital scanning was picking up Magic the Gathering cards when i was scanning in Michael Jordan Cards

The app makes you click on sketchy links just to make a account then when you log in it make you pay a lot just to use it would not recommend
Digital grading co sucks
I wanted to grade my cards for free so I got this app and I have to pay 10 or 15 dollars to grade my card this is a scam and a waste of you money.
Doesn’t fulfill what it claims
I purchased the app in hopes it would meet my needs. It’s beyond frustration that it has yet to identify the right card I’m grading. I have had to hand type every card into the search bars so it can give me real time values. Additionally, the auto focus will not focus on old back Japanese cards. Every thing is blurry. The app does not have an email for help or feed back either. Don’t waste your time.

Not worth it and not accurate
This app doesn’t scan your cards correctly. The ads and influencers post all “good cards” my 7.5 and 8.5 grade a 10 from the submission… this is inaccurate
Solid app
First, I want to say I haven’t officially sent any of my cards to get pre-graded yet but I do think the app does a good job grading.
I’ve seen people complain that they can’t get higher than like a 9 or 9.1 with the app. I haven’t gotten a 10, but I’ve gotten 9.5s and 9.6s. People should take the scores with a grain of salt - the AI is being conservative, it’s likely catching things that either: (1) False positives (2) SOOO minor a human grader probably wouldn’t catch/penalize.
I’ve had cards flagged for “edge wear” or “whitening” when neither existed (even under a microscope) - it’s just the lighting or shadows from the picture.
So if you’re frustrated you’re not getting a 10, look at WHY you aren’t and assess from there - people have gotten 10s with pre-grades as low as a like an 8.9 so if YOUR inspection doesn’t catch anything and the things AI catch aren’t right… you probably have a 10 and should feel confident sending your card in 👌🏻

Did Not let me sign in
Put in every thing it said for me to do and said my email was taken. Tried asking my parents still same thing. Digital grading please fix this I want to use the app
Garbage and shady
Downloaded the app because I wanted to see if there’s a free limited use option (nothing is free in this app). Had to sign up with an account, and then after was immediately told to pay for a subscription. After deciding that I didn’t want to pay for a subscription, I wanted to delete my account, but couldn’t as you’re stuck on the subscription page. There is a settings gear icon, but that is not working what so ever. Garbage interface and shady practices.

So I thought you can just have a limited free AI scans but for the plans there is no exit button and I’m not paying 15 $20 a month just to get some AI grade cards

Just got this app and subscribed for one month to test it out. It’s garbage. Don’t even try it. It’s janky and refuses to recognize sports cards, when I finally got it to accept a card as a Pokemon card, it started working on my grading and then cancelled it, I then cancelled my subscription.
Would not recommend
The app appears nice, but monthly membership fee AND if you don’t want to wait for app to grade you need to buy additional credits to rush the grading process, I received a 9.5 on many cards with obvious whitening, I have followed directions and took level close pictures on solid black backgrounds, I wish I could post pictures for people to see

Terrible app
I Purchased their highest tiered subscription and had high expectations as seen online. unfortunately it was far from that. I tried many different lights and backgrounds but the results were so inconsistent and shoddy. I requested a refund via their email and had nothing back and it’s just been extremely poor overall.

Only for TCG cards
They say that it works with sports cards but it does not there is no card value system and the camera access system is janky I do not recommend

There’s no free version available it’s either pay this or pay that. Ai grading completely isn’t worth paying a subscription. Your better off using your own eyes
Terrible
Downloaded the app and made me sign up right away, after signing up then prompts you to pay immediately afterwards by showing you the different plans they offer, if none of those appeal to you and you want to get rid of the account settings button in the top right doesn’t do a thing… so not sure if it’s just a me thing or if the button is truly for appearance.
