Idk whats wrong because I know for a FACT it’s not my wifi but it keeps saying “ error, check internet connection“ I’ve tried other connections and different areas of the school but nothing works. Everyone else’s app on campus works fine BUT NOT MINE

I keep trying to log in and it keeps saying connection error. and gives me no other option nor any contact support

i have to use this for school and i do not like it. please give us a widget we can use or let us add it to our phone wallet. that would make it so much better. also maybe a settings button so you can log in/out.

I’ve had this for 4 years now, and I still have no idea how to change ids. There is no indicator or anything, even after I graduated.

This app works half the time!
A lot of colleges use this to keep track of students, but the issue is only half the students can log in. There’s not even service number, email, or bot to contact when it has problems. At the very least there should be a manual set up if it does not work. I am very disappointed
