Digital Rupee – Good Start

I’ve been using the Digital Rupee app for some time now. The idea behind it is really good, and the transactions are fast and secure most of the time. The app is easy to understand, even for someone using it for the first time.

That said, I feel it still needs some improvements. Sometimes the app is a bit slow.

Overall, I like the initiative and will continue using it. With a few updates and wider acceptance, I think it can become a great digital payment option for everyone.

Pin change options is not available

Dear Developers,

Good Digital app

Works well for me when I don’t want my account to be directly debited at multiple places. Using this becomes very convenient. Loading and withdrawing balance is immediate without any lag.

Good App To Remove Transactions Clutter

By using this application we can avoid too many transactions on the banking statement. It also provides transactions below 500 without requiring a PIN. Moreover, the chance of a transaction failing is very rare when I use this application.

Failed to login

I have been trying to login to this app for few weeks now. Sim card verification is successful. But I am unable to continue from there. I am getting the same error again and again.

“Issue in processing your request. Please try again later”

It looks like the developers don’t want to fix the application.

App not working

I was using this app earlier and have added money to it, but ever since the last update the app has locked out and now when I try to login, the first step gets completed And it does not go beyond Sim verification.
Every time I try, it gives me the same error “ issue in processing your request, please try again later” this is been happening for the past six months
