Hi i cant pay 10 Aed parking in smart app due to new registration starting FF from Dubai , what i can do its not updated in app , i need to pay before 72 hours otherwise fine will impose please clarify

Please ask technical team to fix the “Adding Number Plate Section” it can add only 5 digit numbers & cannot add 6 digits in the number section e.g Qatar has mostly 6 digits numbers cannot add it.
Whenever I visit Sharjah I struggle to pay parking I have sent email so many times from last 6 months no improvement and not yet fix.
