I have the app on an iPhone 16, newest IOS. I’ve transferred crypto into the wallets, took maybe 5-10 seconds. Exchanged crypto from wallet into virtual bank account, maybe took about 1 minute to complete. Submitted KYC for offshore account, took about 5-7 days to become available, did claim, but can’t find option for physical card request, it’s not showing in the app as customer service though it would. Working through the problem with customer service and will provide update. The app is new, needs more crypto options which they are working on and the app needs to reduce the number of clicks to navigate/streamline options

Let me be clear
The app is awesome! It’s definitely next level. Now, there are people around the world who don’t have a great internet connection or just not good with electronics in general so they will have a biased opinion. All you have to do is state your problem in the telegram and they will help you right away. The customer service is excellent.

App will not load on iPhone, scam?
I invested about a grand and now the app doesn’t work and the website can’t be reached. Talk about scam city. Don’t bother. Support doesn’t answer questions, if there is even support. I want to know how to access my Digitap dashboard to see my Presale token amount. I was able to for a while and the site stopped working.
