Bad customer service
Placed an order, the items aren’t available after being charged, the system doesn’t show real stock and at the end they need 24 hours to refund me my money in their e-wallet! 🤣
Very good app
It has a wide variety of products and a very good delivery service to the region i live in. This app has saved me from embarrassment when i needed ingredients and couldn’t go buy them. I know it’s still under development and would like to give some ideas: Make a section for students containing notebooks and pens as well as other school items, and special offers, discounts or gifts for loyal costumers that have made X purchases or spent X amount or shops frequently. Keep it up!
