Not able to find new courses

It’s disappointing to see that I am not able to find new courses on Diksha app. However NCERT launched new program and they say that you have to complete course on Diksha app to get certificate and it’s a struggle to find courses on apps total waste of time

Nishtha courses on diksha app

On iOS we are now able to open the course content and play videos but when we come to assessment part , still we are unable to attempt our final assessment questions and check your understanding portion.
Please do some with this issue so that iphone user can also use this app on their phone easily. 🙏🏻

Syncing problem

Hello.
1. When I try to open the app in another device to take an assessment after completing a course, it had not got updated or synced and I had to do the course from the beginning all again. Please look into the issue.
2. The reason I had to switch to another device is in mobile the assessment questionnaire is not visible properly. Can’t even go to next question or read the question completely. May be compatibility issues. Please look into it.

Assessment is not opening properly

Assessment is not opening properly . When i try to solve assessment page not open properly not shows next, back button. You should fix the error. If you are not getting me you can join any course in diksha app and understand .

Regarding viewing questionnaire on iPhone

Questionnaire layout is not alligned properly. I can’t view it fully on my iPhone screen. I’m not able to see the options as well as the next button. Hope you do the needful. Thanks.

The questionnaire is not working.

Please look into this matter, but why the quiz is not properly opening and why it is not show the next button. The questionnaire is not working. I am unable to do the quiz. in fact, I’m not able to view the next question, the next question is not on display screen. The marks are also not visible. it is not show the score. So please take the solution. Look into this matter why it is not working. Even the certificate is unable to download just because of the quiz so that will be a huge loss for me only because we have to show the records to the higher authorities that we are doing Diksha App, but we are not able to do it and that too. Just because of you this app.
This app has made my life miserable

Questionare layout is not ok

The questionare layout is such that it does not shows next button and all. The questionare window is not properly aligned resolution wise as per my iPhone screen I am not able to view it fully.

Layout problem in ios devices

The layout of the quiz and check ur understanding parts remain vertical and neither the questions nor the options are visible completely.. some content loads upto 75 % and freezes.. then you have to force ahut the app and start again to face the same situation again and again .. dev plzzz have a look into it … thanks

Unable to download the certificate

Good Day!
Course content was precise and well organised
I am unable to download the course completion certificate even after completing the course and score above 70%. Reported the issue from app but no response. Any help would be appreciated

App doesn’t rotate to landscape mode as suggested by developer

During assessment the layout in portrait mode is not tested properly it’s expanding beyond the size of device and turning your device to landscape seems to be not working for whole app whichever screen you are in .Layout rendering is not proper in webview which opens the webpage for assessment and basic zooming spanning functionality is disabled

Everything is good except assessment

Everything is good but when we perform assessment in the app after completing the course, all the content appear half on the screen( eg. letters, images) due to it is not rotated to landscape view and people can’t read full.

Portrait & Landscape mode reading is not aligned to screen racio

When we open a document it always open it in zoom in mode. We do not have feature pinch to zoom in reading mode

The IoS diksha app Still has some bugs.

The lay out of the app stay on vertical view and it leds to a very frustrating situation. The questions aren’t properly visible neither its options… therefore the trainings cannot be completed on time.

Why there is no option for teachers login .
I am govt employee need to teacher login for getting online trainings

Every other icon other head teacher shows coming soon. Not able to access the content. Pls update and make it available, so that we can use it properly..please update it ..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

All icons except Head Teacher show Coming Soon. When is it coming? The content is available on Play Store but not on App Store for iPhones. Please make it available on Apple’s App Store as well.
