App doesn’t even load
I’d like my money back please, your app doesn’t even load. Uninstalled twice and reinstalled. Phone rebooted. Garbage iPhone 16. So not a phone issue. Don’t advise anyone using this app.
Fix the issues!
Downloaded, opened, doesn’t work. Deleted the app, repeat still doesn’t work. Contacted support and they said try again. Still not working!!! Very frustrating!
No free content
The latest update removed any free content… which was very minimal to begin with. To access anything you must make a purchase.
Removed the only free option
I love this app, it’s a little disappointing how expensive the monthly subscription is.
But because I was so intrigued with the scenarios I just stuck to only the 1 daily free scenario. Then the recent update completely removed the option. So now you can’t do anything on the app without paying. It’s unfortunate how greedy the world is getting - when there are tools out there to help people learn about their shadow selfs. It should be free. Now I have to delete the app.

Updated Layout failure
So I downloaded Dilemmo and used it back when it wasn’t a subscription based app, and the addition of a monthly fee wasn’t so bad since it still gave a single free dilemma a day. But with the current format I will still get notifications about my “free dilemma” for the day but unless I open the app from my notifications there is no way to get to it. And if I have to stop for some reason and come back then there is no longer a “in progress” or “free daily” section to navigate to. The new features seem clever and the addition of several new stories makes the subscription tempting, but making navigation for the returning free users abysmal and counter-intuitive as well as constantly updating the layout is a red flag. It screams of growing too fast for the developers to know how to handle themselves

App stuck on logo screen
Paid for a subscription, but the app won't load past the logo screen. I've tried force quitting and restarting my phone, but it still doesn't work. Unusable in its current state - will be requesting a refund.

I was honestly having a lot of fun with this App and I was hoping that the promotional offer that popped up when I first downloaded it would come back so I could utilize it, but it never did so I’ve stuck with the free version thinking that there would be a scenario every day and there has not been. It’s only the same repeated ones and then today there’s not even a free one yes, I understand if I like the app I should pay for it, but the app is a little expensive for what it is.

It was nice for a day
I downloaded it and used it once. The one free story was interesting and presented some tough choices. Then it updated and now all of the content is behind a paywall. No free daily dilemma to be found. I want more than one trial story before I figure out whether or not I want to pay for a year’s subscription. Sorry not sorry but you’re not getting any money from me now. It’s probably all data mining for AI training anyways.

Was awesome before the update
I recently heard of this and downloaded this because it had a free version and I loved trying to figure out what I would do in given situations. However, after only having this for about 3 weeks, they said update required so I did and all those dilemmas you get to choose in are gone. Now it’s like this subject and 5 questions to reveal your personality or some ish. I’m personally gonna delete the app now. Also, there’s no free version for anything anymore so heads up.

the app gives you videos made with AI. The language and visuals are awkward and slow paced. Do not get this app if you care about the environment or supporting real humans.

I was able to login one time with a link emailed to me and now not ever again. Unable to cancel subscription. Reached out to support. Not heard back yet.
AI and lots of repeats
If you’re doing the free dilemmas it repeats a lot of stuff. I’ve only had the app for 2 weeks and I’ve already had 4 repeated scenarios. It looks like there are so many and I’ve already had repeats this does not bode well.
Also the art is AI and it is so janky. Like the tears are coming out from underneath the eyes, the smiles are so weird and uncanny and everything has that unreal AI feeling to it that makes my bones itchy. I wish there was an option to just listen to or read through the scenarios without having to watch AI slop.

Has not worked and no way to fix
This app suddenly stopped working about a week ago. It just sits in the logo screen and never does anything else.
But the site and the company do not have any tech support or contact forms or anything. When you try to go to app support, it just takes you to the homepage to sign up for the app. Never trust a company that won’t let you reach out.

DON’T PAY!!
DON’T pay for a subscription! The app won’t load so now I can’t use the app I paid for and can’t cancel!
Interesting so far… but not super accessible
As someone with severe auditory processing disorder, it is very hard to follow what the AI voice is saying for each dilemma it gives you. I haven’t used it in days because of this. If I remember correctly, there ARE subtitles, but this needs an option to just read the scenario and not be forced to watch videos with AI narrating.

Not that good
It’s honestly kind of boring. Very expensive for what it is, and it’s impossible to cancel the subscription through the app. I’ve e mailed so many times for them to cancel it on their end and no one has gotten back to me.
