Rewards dont work correctly, which is the whole reason for the app. The menu interface isn’t intuitive
Has shortcomings
Recent orders will show things ordered in the restaurant that it won’t let you order in the app. Also lacks Apple Pay.
App Glitching Badly
Food is always on point but app is glitching horribly with error messages. Not able to make my usual order at all. App developers need to get on the ball, and fix the glitching issues.
Not even sure what I ordered
Descriptions are vague. I see subs for sides in the build a meal but I don’t see what the meal comes with as standard, if there is a standard. App needs polishing and to be actually be used by the developer to see how bad it is.
Crash after crash
App just crashes when trying to open. Wanted to order pickup and had to go through drive thru. App should work

Dillas is perfect, amazing, outstanding, incredible, Rembrandt, delicious, and decadent! I don’t know how many superlatives you want me to use.
No response from customer support
My last mobile order was incorrect. I emailed customer service and got no response. Makes me wonder if this app and customer service is being monitored.

Great food, horrible app & website
The app gives me an error message “ this payment was not accepted” when I try to pay with any card. I have tried multiple types of cards, all having plenty of money on them, and the payment will not go through. It doesn’t give an option for Apple Pay either.
Add apply pay
App isn’t very user friendly with each item being its own at the top. Please also add apple pay i don’t trust putting my card into your app.
Best Fast Food
I can’t think of any fast food place that has the quality food that you guys have. Top tier in my opinion.
