Site declines all debit cards

Tried 7 different cards, all declined or incorrect details entered, although these cards have all been used by Dilshad previously, all card details was correct, management aren’t interested when you mention it.

I ordered from you guys last weekend (15/02/2025) and ordered balti garlic chilli chicken but asked for this extra hot. It wasn’t at all and was a very poor dish I have to say. Also, I asked for mushroom rice with peas in and the guy taking my order just wasn’t understanding the word ‘peas’ so when I got the meal home I was quite annoyed only to find there was CHICKPEAS in there. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you guys again unless you can understand what I order. Terrible as you used to be so lovely.
