Worst App Ever
Constantly get locked out and need to change password and app refers for me to call a number. I keep my money with dime but it’s extremely frustrating to never have access and I usually want to check after business hours so no one is there to answer the phone. My family has been with this bank for decades but truly considering moving for the complete inconvenience for years for online access.

Both the Bank and mobile app are excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and cordial and app for mobile banking works smoothly. This bank happily checks if they see anything unusual . Very pleased with transactions and security.
Slow
Never logs in well, a white screen always pops up, then have to re-log in. Your mobile banking as well as internet banking leave a lot to be desired.

Opens in Portrait, Keyboard in lanscape
Dowloaded this app twice. Start it up and it immediately goes to portrait mode even though my device is in landscape. You would think the keyboard would open in portrait mode too, but no it opens in landscape. Can’t be that hard to get it right. I’m guessing nearly 100% of the apps in the app store got it down from day one. Thought it was a fluke so I deleted and reinstalled. Well, I was wrong. This is an undocumented feature. Hard to use it like this, so I’m deleting and forced to use a browser.
