Used to be Good
It used to be very good but has become buggy. I’ve sent a few messages to support and received no reply.
Good amount of Kinks with Pro
I have contacted the support team multiple times and have yet to receive a response. I purchased the Pro version of the app, but I still do not have access to the weekly tier list or weekly charts. Every time I try to access these features, I receive an error saying they failed to generate.
I enjoy using the app, but it’s extremely frustrating to pay for a premium subscription and not receive all the features that were advertised. Especially when other who I know that have the app have the features I’m missing without paying. It’s even more frustrating that premium support is supposed to be included, yet I have been unable to get any assistance despite reaching out multiple times.
At this point, I feel that I am paying for features and support that I am not actually receiving. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and resolving it as soon as possible.

Deleted the app today
I’ve had this app for years and it’s gone down hill SO MUCH in the last year that I finally deleted it. This was my favorite app but the assessments feel less accurate and the stories, charts, etc are absurd. This is what happens when ai runs amuck. So so sad.

This is basically a hyped up pretty language Myers Briggs assessment. Myers Briggs has been proven to be a sham. Have fun but like astrology don’t take this stuff seriously.
Dark patterns
One star for the big loud red "NOTIFICATIONS ARE OFF PLEASE ENABLE THEM!!!" At the top of the Home tab that cannot be dismissed. Extremely cringe desperate behavior.
