Nobody needs this
Its sort of useful but hardly necessary. The app is full of bugs and doesn’t provide a lot of useful information. I bought a device for my Toyota RAV4 and it only showed one single metric. Plus, it wouldn’t automatically turn on when I started my car so I had to unplug it and replug it back in to get it working.

After upgrade of this app, everything hangs and shows nothing. It asks me to relogin , when i login it hangs.

Bought 10 devices to make some crypto and just for fun, now no reward and you have to pay monthly for something was not working from beginning and was glitchy

When I got the device it said I had 2 years of free service. I was supposed to get service until December 2026. Now it shows that it’s off and I need to buy a subscription. I activated it December of last year 2025. And my macaroon says it hasn’t seen any activity for two weeks. I keep trying to put in a ticket but it says unable to submit form please try again later.

I bought the DYMO device thinking that is all you need. It was not until 3 month later I found out my “trial a was ending” and I needed to pay $7ish a month to continue my subscription. This is a scam. In the 3 months I only made $15 in DYMO rewards. It pays out every week or two weeks too. I want a refund… ugh.

DEPIN without the pressure
Love this making over 100 DIMO a week just from my device. No pressure to drive so many miles a week or so forth. Just atleast once a week. My other driving apps come with so many stipulations. This is by far my favorite one. Won’t go into detail as to how much I’ve made but easily has paid for itself and then some. Most of the time I forget all about it until I see the notification that another 186 Dimo just got sent to me. Truly passive rewards.

I haven’t been able to add my husband to my account. With all the increasing events across the US I don’t feel safe going out with my daughter. I got this device mostly for my husband to be able to see my car location but I haven’t been able to add him??? It’s not as easy as I thought it’s been months.

Scam bait and switch tactics
Do not download or buy their device. I first bought this thinking I can earn and use the device to check my car data but they have now cancelled the whole service and benefits. Paywalls for everything and makes your expensive device useless. Stay away from this company.
Way too many updates
Not the best monitor out there but functional. Real issue is there are far too many updates such that it is inconvenient to use.
Disappointing
I got the app and I was able to connect it to my car computer and it worked for few months. Then eventually after update it no longer working with my car app. Now only option to connect is to buy their expensive device. So obviously they baited me and after few months just don’t give another option but to buy the device that is pretty expensive for what I does. Will delete app and done with it

Was great, now pointless money grab
They’re moving to a paid subscription service for what used to be free and claiming it was a trial. The charges for the monthly service aren’t even worth the rewards you can earn. Shameful cash grab

I had high hopes
I had high hopes, that this was going to be an excellent project. I had high hopes that they would provide me for the data that they were collecting and connecting to my Cybertruck. I’ll say it again. I had high hopes. Now they are gonna charge me to use their app? Instead of rewarding me for using my data? Am transferring the rest of my tokens off of DIMO and all I can say is good luck. I don’t even know why anybody would be using this app anymore. It’s a failed project.
