Ad glitch
bug
After reinstalling the game, I log in with my account successfully, but my previous progress is not restored. Sometimes a pop-up appears showing my old level and asks me to load the save. But when I click "Confirm" or "Load," the game freezes for a few seconds, then starts me from Level 0 / Tutorial with no progress loaded at all. It feels like the load function fails and the game forces a new save as a fallback. This happens every single time I reinstall.
It's really frustrating because I want to continue playing and enjoy the content, but this bug keeps ruining my experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and fix it. Please let me know if you need any more details from me.

However every ad the last several days, aren’t delivering the bonus. You have to keep reclicking them. To play through yet another ad, that are too long to begin with.
