This app is exactly what it says it is. Travel Tools! It’s not for looking at your account. The ability to view lounges before travel and booking is so great. I love the extra features like the tip calculator and currency converter. So helpful!

Worst travel app I’ve seen
Glitchy, not user friendly and give the option to add to Apple wallet but no way to connect. Please fix this because the way it is it’s not even worth one star
Not able to download the membership card from app
There is a option to add membership card to your apple wallet but it seems like it’s just a dummy icon.
Great App for Travel
I really like the updates made for the Airport lounges. I also find the tip calculator and currency conversion tools helpful when traveling to other countries.

I love to use the Tip calculator, currency converter, and the ATM locator when traveling. Also like that I can view the airport lounge locations.
Awful sums it up
Can’t look up your balance and pay the bill… useless …. The lounges (in the States) have below average rankings and most airports don’t have them. Pointless app
No app payment option!
It seems a little ridiculous that you still can not pay your bill from the app. Why have it if there is not even the most basic of options available? Zero stars would be a better rating.
Suggestion .......
Could do with a"Merchant Locator" as it's often difficult to find places that accept Diners Club, as I'd rather go somewhere that I know that does.

Update:
App is much improved, only thing is that the account access is only for the Corporate Diners Club card, not the Personal Diners Club card (Miles & More). You can check in the City Guide for card acceptance & cardmember offers. Useful if you travel to locate the airport lounges.

Kept closing
I just installed the app. It is not responsive and it keeps closing. I’ll try it again eventually but it’s having some issues now.

This could quite possibly be the worst site ever crested. Zero functionality. Come on so called Canada Diners MasterCard...GET with the times...
Useless
Useless card, even more useless app. Not logical, much harder than any other competitor card. Why bother. Only use this card b/c for some reason, company insists on it. Never found it so difficult to pay a bill or reset password/login for anything.
Broke the lounges feature :-(
As you cannot search for anywhere but your present location ... and the rest of the app is painful to use on an iPad
Wrong information makes app useless
I used this app to look up Toronto lounges. According to the app, they’re open until 12:30-1:00, depending on the lounge.
I tried to access multiple lounges when I got to the airport at 11pm; they were all closed and clearly had been for a while. No staff around other than one cleaning person at one of them.

Waste of time.
I use to think Diners Club was old folks. Now I see, I was right and the same old folks that had them in 70’s. Must have created this app. It’s useless as it is trying to find someone that accepts Diners Club now.

There can only be two possible explanations for how bad this app is. 1. The folks at Diners are complete tech morons. 2. The folks at Diners are as cheap as you can find, and someone said you need an app, and they threw $500 towards its development after an 8 hour Board debate. My guess it is a little of both.

Fahrenheit & miles? WTF!?!
Isn’t this a global app? Is it US only? What is worse, UX struggles to look neat, which is on the contrary totally rubbish. You’re forced to tap more to see what you actually need.
