*Edit: After a couple years, it appears that the app isn’t updating the results anymore. I don’t know what the city changes in the code for their site but I hope the dev of this app still looks at this thing and can get it working again. If so, I’ll delete this edit.*
The developer of the app has gotten it working again with recent results and also indicated that the data is updated daily. Better than before! Very happy that this great resource is back to help people make informed restaurant choices!

Search by address
Pretty good, appreciate how far back the inspection records go, however I would really appreciate if you could search for and look up a restaurant/filter results by name AND address (like on the city of Toronto’s Dinesafe website), instead of just searching by name and seeing what’s nearby to your location. Would also be nice to be able to see results on a map in addition to list.

missing recent inspection results
I cross referenced this against the City’s DineSafe webpage. The app failed to pull results from the past two years. Given recent inspections are more telling of current restaurant safety, this app is not useful if it can’t pull recent data. Just use the City’s DineSafe website. It’s easy enough to use.
