Around march i had won like 600 ish and for some reason as soon as i requested to withdrawl all of a sudden the regulations changed where not even a single login works.
Scammed
I played on the platform for a while and I thought they were alright but the end of march I won $1100 and submitted redemption via sc. 2 days later there was a msg saying sweepsplay no longer available. I messaged customer service to check redemption bc I could no longer see on platform n was told redemption would be processed as normal for me just no sweepsplay moving forward. I tried calling number now disconnected and they barely respond to email. Needless to say it’s no 2+ months later and I still never received my money!

False Advertising
I made a couple of deposits & after playing with the “Best Social Casino” for a couple of weeks I got my winnings up to 400 dollars! Unfortunately never received a deposit once I tried to withdraw my winnings. Account was verified, connected bank account, everything all together on my end. I called multiple times & sent many emails. Finally gave up & deleted the app.

Evil company that rug pulled us all
I have had issues in the past with this company as far as redemptions go however I’ve always been paid up until this last bit when I won $2000 and all of a sudden the company just shuts down and gives us no way of making the money back. It’s evil I needed that and I can’t believe they took advantage of so many people do not trust anything they say.

I have given these guys five star reviews on trust pilot every single time because I haven’t had no problems. Well I finally get to submit my first redemption after I had enough money it says the first one can take up to 14 days so I had no problem with thatso then they send me a email telling me that they’re not doing the Sweeps coins anymore so I spent all this money on their game. I’m finally able to redeem and now I’m not going to get it. This game is a complete scam and they will never get a good review for me again unless I get my redemption completed.Scam then they send me a message telling me that my redemption will be reviewed because I did it before they changed their policies and now they will not even return my messages if I could give -10 stars, I would if you’ve downloaded this app get it off your phones and stay away from it. It’s nothing but scam.
