So bad, once you put in an incorrect password two times you’re locked out indefinitely until someone unbans you. You should allow two step verification or something bc leaving it up to someone else to decide when they feel like to undo the suspension is out of control. Also have better ways to contact support other than a simple email.

I use the app whenever I take a few seconds break from work. Scheduling a meal for the time I clock out is very helpful. Not a perfect app but functional
Can’t Change University
It would be nice if there was a way to change universities. Customer service not responsive. Unable to use app at different university to order food.
