Good overall
App is user friendly but the navigation feature where you can track your driver is delayed a bit so it was hard to keep track of where he was with my order.
Really want to support them
I really want to support these folks, but I get my food delivered about 50% of the time. I don’t mind an early cancel, but when it’s past delivery time and now I’ve got to switch to another delivery app, it’s frustrating. This last order the app kept saying my dinner was on its way but also that it hadn’t been prepared. When I tried to contact with text, no one responded. When I tried to contact them with their chat, it says they’ll only respond to phone calls. I’m done.

They’ve had their ups and downs, but they’ve always refunded or redelivered my order if something was wrong. I still order at least once a week, and it’s 2023.

New to Dinner Delivered
I’ve been using Door Dash and really hate how much crap is all over it. These guys have all the great spots and if I order on a weekend during rush I expect my order to be late and not as fresh as being in the restaurant. Thank you for making improvements that work and make it more user friendly.
Yay! An App!
I’ve always liked DD but the modern convenience of the larger competitors apps has always been tempting. Glad to see they released one of their own and it’s super slick.

Love the new app! Cleveland Dinner Delivered has all the best local favorites and chain restaurants. The food is always hot, the service excellent, and during countless days (during busy times and COVID isolating) they have been a gift to my life!

While the app itself can be a little finicky, I can always send them an email and get my money back for missing items!!
Great Local Delivery App
Great option for local delivery, and supporting local restaurants. And you can actually get someone on the phone if you have an issue.
Customer service and app needs work.
Payments will error without any explanation and no one will respond to inquiries for help. You cannot update or delete any of your payment information without the app freezing. Multiple communications sent requesting assistance have gone without response.
Worst delivery ever
Waited a 1and half for my food! Ordered all flats and received the order and had drums it was cold! Called customer care the agent laughed and argued with me about the complaint bad customer care and now I’m suffering from food poisoning been vomiting since I digested the food that was delivered!! Refund my money

No longer works
I used Dinner Delivered and Door Dash to get a larger selection of restaurants. Dinner Delivered no longer loads. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. It still does not work.

Frustrating APP
This is only about the app. Very frustrating to use. If you try to make a change to your order, you have to re-enter payment info, instructions, etc. That drives me crazy. Also, keyboard does not change when entering numbers. That drives me crazy too. All that being said, GO LOCAL BUSINESSES!

It’s all good and stuff and has restaurants that the big names don’t have but there’s one thing it needs an update system like when the driver has picked up the food. All there a estimated time. So all I know is it MAY arrive at that time slot but I don’t know if it is on its way or if it has even been made.

First few deliveries were great. A lady delivered to us and got the food waaaay outside of town to us with warm food delivered in a very timely manner. Moved into town much closer to the food... the last two times we have had delivery, it took more than 2 hours (Both times were an hour beyond when they said it would be here). They had some unbelievable excuses and did take the delivery charges off, but both times they said “the food is still warm!” when they finally dropped it off....like saying it would make it true... well both times the food was cold. The first time was bbq... it had been sitting so long that the baked beans were dried and hard against the styrofoam cup they came in. The second time was wings... again “it’s still warm!” Nope again. The bag was so soggy that it fell apart before I could get it to the counter and ranch cups exploded all over everything... the wings were cold and inedible.... hard as a rock... the dispatchers and the delivery person said “it’s still warm!” How would they know?... usually like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but two occurrences in a row and that whole line about it still being warm seemed orchestrated... unfortunate. They started strong. Going to use ‘Postmates’ from now on.

Love this app
My mother and I order from them almost every night. We love the fact that we can order from some place that delivers food right to our door. We even have some delivery people that we look forward to seeing. We even know that they add a little extra on the bill, it’s worth it to us.
