Tried to double charge me!

My son loves this app, but I chose the yearly annual plan which I paid for a couple weeks ago and I just received a notification that they are trying to charge me again so unfortunately I’m gonna have to delete the app and not use it for my son which is unfortunate because I was already charged the annual fee a couple weeks ago.

Very disappointing

This game said I would have seven days free. It charged me for a year on the free download. I cannot get my refund and there is no way to contact the developers their websites don’t work.

Overpriced and refused to refund an accidental child purchase

My child clicked through to purchase this app for a year and when I unlocked my phone with my fingerprint it pushed the purchase through which Apple and the app creator refused to refund. Ridiculous and expensive.

Was good, until they relied on AI

My toddler loved this game, except now they use AI for their videos within the game & AI incorrectly pronounces letters & words (especially in the alphabet activity where it pronounces the letter “E” as “YE” and Dino as “Dee-no”. I want a truly educational game that isn’t going to mislead my toddler learning more words & letters!
