Seriously a great app
This has seriously helped me keep track of my mood, and I really appreciate how there’s no real like, “you have to keep your streak up or the world ends.” I also really like the gratitude jar, especially since I have a tendency to focus on the hard things that are going on, and not the good little (or big) things.
