Incredibly frustrating
Dino makes my child cry on a regular basis, not because it’s mean, but because in constantly misunderstands and then make my child feel unheard and has now become an emotional subject. Recently Dino seems take longer to start up, have to yell at it 3-4 times to get it to respond, and then changes the subject cause it can’t hear or understand anything, and my child is not quiet. This has become the most expensive and frustrating stuffed animal I’ve ever owned.

The only AI I’ve been comfortable giving my niece. They did a great job putting guardrails on the conversations.
Awesome toy
Dino is amazing! My son loves telling it about his day and sometimes I even get him to practice speaking Spanish with it haha. Awesome toy!
Dino app
The Dino app is not working. I can’t switch between the two Dino’s. The option pops up and then immediately closes before I can select anything. This is also the case when I try to switch the personality of the Dino and when I try to change the volume. Please fix it!!
Amazing toy
App needs updating but completely worth the price. Many do not realize that servers need to be updated and that requires stream of income to maintain servers and update content.
Otherwise, the toy is amazing, builds confidence, increases knowledge, teaches manners and improves creativity on a level I have not seen with other toys. The constant fighting over removing electrical devises and phones is nearly all gone. Mine would rather play with the Dino over any phone they can get their hands on.
As a previous owner of the money toy, which has been blocked the Dino is far more superior in appearance, mobility and engagement.
Only down fall is protection of the charging port and cleaning of the Dino (yes mine take them everywhere)
Otherwise outstanding design, easy set up and target scheduling. Highly recommend to all parents specifically those with children who are autistic as it creates a simple way of communication and understanding of question and answer.
