The streamers lie about their face and their age. They are either perverts, try to extort you for gifts, or have ulterior motives. I exchanged WeChat with a couple, 2 were perverts, 2 tried to trick me, 1 said he was 28 but when we faced time he clearly looked over 40 and he was trying to flirt with me, a 21 year old. The app needs better regulations to prevent liars and perverts.

Where do I even begin, to be honest? When I signed up, I immediately received a flood of messages. I would connect with someone, and then they would completely change, asking for support and gifts. From what I've gathered, the app is not kind to streamers, and it seems that everyone just wants to use you as a source of money. The app is misleading, advertising opportunities to meet new friends, but the rest of the information was in Chinese. They really need to improve their advertising.
I was initially interested in the app because I want to visit China in the future and thought I could make some friends. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been possible. Either people want money, or they try to start a relationship with me even after I’ve told them no. I only used the app for three weeks, and now I'm looking for a way to delete my account. It's just not worth it!

Bad Customer Service - Account Banned After Refund Request
All of my accounts were recently banned after I requested to close one of them and asked for a refund, even though I hadn’t used any of the purchased diamonds. I suspect this action might have mistakenly triggered bans across all my accounts.
It feels especially unfair, because I had only recharged the account for a few minutes and hadn’t even used the diamonds yet. According to the app’s own policy, users are allowed to request a refund as long as the amount remains the same as the recharge. I followed that rule exactly, yet all of my accounts were banned.
I also sent several emails to customer service asking them to review my case, but no one replied or seemed to care.

真的受不了Dino這個平台了！申訴效率慢得離譜，證據都一清二楚了還一直踢皮球，問什麼都推給工會，根本沒人在處理。到底是誰的問題？玩家就這樣被晾著？
最氣的是，我自己刷的鑽石竟然還被沒收！花錢花時間，結果還被當成問題玩家對待。整個過程拖拖拉拉，沒有一個負責任的回覆。這樣的處理方式真的讓人玩得超不爽，完全沒有保障。
老實講，這樣下去只會讓更多人對Dino失望。希望平台能拿出點誠意，不要再讓玩家寒心。

Hi, please add a feature to pin/ star favourite people to chat with and a way for everyone to verify themselves. Would make it so much better as i get a lot of chat requests. Verification because there are people with ill intent there that want to go offline.
