Coupons don’t always work
I activated the Mammoth Monday coupon today and did not receive the discount at the pump. Also I have played one of the featured games looking for an additional 10 cent discount and nothing has ever shown in my account acknowledging that I played. I appreciate the top tier gas and 10 cent discount but the game discount was a waste of time.

Good until it wasn’t
App worked great until it started telling me that I was too far from the station I was standing in.
175.00 PreAuthorization?
What a joke shutting off the pump at 175 dollars in today’s fuel prices.
Mobile advantage issues
Unable to log in or reset password. Have not been able to set up from day one.
Sucks
Won’t let me pay with mobile advantage, makes it so I can’t get a discount at all when I try to use it.
App is Very Easy to Use
First time user at Glendo, WY Sinclair. Very nice lady attending the register and we worked through the app together. It was a breeze. Couldn’t believe I was a tad anxious about it. (I’m a Boomer.)

Higher prices: I love Dino gas station, but, what I find frustrating is that they are higher than other gas stations in the area. What you save from coupons or promotions goes out the window to make up the difference. This is specifically true in Rolla, Mo.
Gas Stations Posting Incorrect Prices
3500 S Rainbow Dino is posting incorrect prices on the mobile app. Drove out of my way for the posted premium gas price, and found out they are posting their regular gas price. Fix stuff like this.

I locked the gas to pump on its own and it didn’t self stop gas pour all over and wasted my money and no one was inside the gas station to help me out or put something on the spilled gas
GPS rarely works
There’s been quite a few times now where I have been sitting at the pump of a Sinclair, but the app will tell me the nearest station is miles away. The app will then tell you that you’re too far away to use the app to pay. I’ve basically stopped using the app and Sinclair all together at this point because it’s so frustrating

The pump showed $5.29 when I started pumping gas and as soon as I used the app, it went to $5.39. The app is supposed to save you money. It’s a total rip off.

Always a backend server issue
Once again the app gives me a “There was a problem communicating with the server”. Seems to happen more often than not (I’ve also checked with a couple of friends and they get the same issue on a more than consistent basis). Not worth the trouble when there is a Shell or another station across the street and their app ALWAYS works!

Amenities
It’s my first time at this gas station in Turlock on Golden State in California. There’s no squeegee no paper towels there hasn’t been any here for a long time. How am I supposed to clean my windshield? That’s part of the deal when you buy gas. It was a little extra drive to get over here. I’ll never come back. This place is just not that great.

Did not get my $.25 discount for pumping gas on Monday only got $.10
Not reliable
Works about half the time. When pay at the pump is not working the staff in the store do not know how to give discount in store
Works well
This app works well now that they fixed the issue on nearby locations that previously showed there weren’t any and couldn’t use it to get the discount.
Pump auto shut off
Pump #4 didn’t automatically shut off when tank was full. Gasoline spilled all over me my vehicle and the ground. The pavement was very slippery and I almost slipped and fell. I am covered with gasoline! This is unacceptable.
