Poor customer service great app
I’ve tried calling when I have had issues but they don’t seem to answer or want to for that matter. I prefer Sinclair gas but my friend said Maverick actually responds to their customers.
Dino App - Awesome!
Just downloaded the Dino App and used it at the pump. Talk about way easy and fast to use. Great App !

It’s nice that it shows you the price of the station before you get there, but it doesn’t tell you what your current savings/discount is until you try to start pumping gas

Fast / wish it would still print receipt
This is a great app but I wish the pump would still allow the option to print a physical receipt.
No Support on Phones
I can’t get anyone on the phones. The supposed wait is always 6 minutes, then they hang up after about 10 minutes. I’ve had this app for several years and I’ve never been able to change my mobile advantage card to something else before the app shuts me out. It wants my email, I give it 3 of them. They all say, There’s something wrong. They want a PIN, I give it the only PIN I’ve ever used. There’s something wrong. Reset my PIN. It wants my email. I give it the one attached to my account. There’s something wrong. Add a new card. Doesn’t recognize my numbers. Delete all and enter again. Can’t add anymore cards at this time. Try again later. I only have one debit card on file. I give up!

Deceptive
Got a notice today on this app that we’d get an extra 47 cents of per gallon of gas for the days of 47 celebration in Utah. Went over to fill up my tanks and only got the standard .15 cents. Do better Sinclair
Fix your issues!
Our Sinclair station has been offline from the app for a month and when I reported it, it was removed as an available station. Fix the system!!

False advertising
App is good but it said i would get 55 cents off every gallon after 5th fill up ive filled more than 8 and nothing only registers 2 of those fill ups

I did not get the pricing indicated on the station sign. It was $.05 more

Logs out all the time
Please fix this app so a customer does not have to log in all the time and get a code. It was not like that in the past. Last few months it has been horrible. Going to
