The young man that helped me down load the Dinopay , he was so kind and went out of his way to help me pump my gas and wash my windshield. He did an amazing job! Thank so much for having such kind Employees, it makes a visit one of the best and makes you want to come back really soon!!

Glitchy
The pay at the pump option never seems to work. It does work when you pay in the store.
Not user friendly
The app and how to use, what points, what is the discount, how to earn more. Is not present. I want a number type it in and get rewards. Paying through the app and using Apple Pay or some other third party sucks. Keep it simple.
Coupons don’t always work
I activated the Mammoth Monday coupon today and did not receive the discount at the pump. Also I have played one of the featured games looking for an additional 10 cent discount and nothing has ever shown in my account acknowledging that I played. I appreciate the top tier gas and 10 cent discount but the coupons are looking to be a false advertising.

Store is offline
The location I use is offline from the app and has been for several months. I am not getting my discounts because the app doesn’t recognize my location. I have sent a message to customer service and they never responded.
.25 cents off doesn’t work
My husband and I brought both of our vehicles and had cans to fill up. The App will not work. We have uninstalled and re installed and nothing has worked! I called and it said I had a seven minute wait and after 11 minutes it hung up on me! What a joke!!

Poor customer service great app
I’ve tried calling when I have had issues but they don’t seem to answer or want to for that matter. I prefer Sinclair gas but my friend said Maverick actually responds to their customers.
Dino App - Awesome!
Just downloaded the Dino App and used it at the pump. Talk about way easy and fast to use. Great App !

It’s nice that it shows you the price of the station before you get there, but it doesn’t tell you what your current savings/discount is until you try to start pumping gas

Fast / wish it would still print receipt
This is a great app but I wish the pump would still allow the option to print a physical receipt.
No Support on Phones
I can’t get anyone on the phones. The supposed wait is always 6 minutes, then they hang up after about 10 minutes. I’ve had this app for several years and I’ve never been able to change my mobile advantage card to something else before the app shuts me out. It wants my email, I give it 3 of them. They all say, There’s something wrong. They want a PIN, I give it the only PIN I’ve ever used. There’s something wrong. Reset my PIN. It wants my email. I give it the one attached to my account. There’s something wrong. Add a new card. Doesn’t recognize my numbers. Delete all and enter again. Can’t add anymore cards at this time. Try again later. I only have one debit card on file. I give up!
