All black, doesn’t work
This app is either seriously flawed or not maintained. It’s all black in battle mode. Pretty big let down following a school book fair, where our kid paid for this book and was pumped to do battle but it didn’t work at all.

In single mode all you see is a dinosaur on a black background. In battle mode all you see is black with a blue and red circle where I assume the Dino’s are supposed to be. There is clearly something wrong with this app..
Why is there a black screen
Whenever I play multiplayer the screen is black

I feel I was scammed. The screen is black. I can not do what’s shown in the book. My son and I are very disappointed.

We are having same issue of a black screen once my son selects single player. We did not allow access to other devices on the network as no other devices have the game downloaded. Is there a fix for this black screen issue?

Unable to play the game as it only shows a black screen. My kid was really disappointed after he bought the book that he wasn’t able to play the game

Does not work at all! If the goal is to upset children they nailed it.
App doesn’t work correctly
What a disappointment. Does not work, only a black screen shows up. You can hear the sound and see a few buttons but that’s it.

Book fair. Grandson very excited to play in app. Very discouraged app is not user friendly and does not operated correctly . Black screen on both ipad and phones. Would have chosen a different book.

Nothing but a spinning wheel
Saw a Dino for about 2 seconds. The rest of the time I just had a spinning wheel.

Doesn’t work.
Just purchased the comparable book from a school book fair with the thought the app was in working condition. Super frustrating to log on to the App Store and see the app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. Held my breath and downloaded anyways. Nope... doesn’t work. Upset 6 year old and frustrated parent.

You can’t even see this game
When I log on I thought the graphics were good but then I went in singles player mode and battle mode it didn’t work well the battle mode didn’t work but the single play one was so misleading!

Screen shows up black and from what I can tell the app is not communicating with the camera so the dinosaur does not show up.

Well I’m gonna start off with saying, on my screen it’s BLACK and in battle mode I can’t even see my own DINOSAUR! For my brothers phone it works perfectly. Why not for me!? Ok on the bright side the graphics are really cool and the dinosaurs to choose are awesome. Me and my family bought the book like a year ago maybe, and we were so excited to see the app and how it works but we never downloaded it last year (I don’t know why). Maybe I should delete and download again?? I don’t know. I’ll try.

Half $&@ app;bait and switch to sell the book
This is a poorly designed app that I can only guess was supposed to help book sales. The problem is, the app was never released in a workable condition.
Needs to be updated
I am having the same issues as the previous reviewer had, My dinosaurs constantly disappear. I also have a spinning wheel that says “waiting” throughout the whole experience. It doesn’t seem to bother my 4 year old dinosaur enthusiast grandson but I think it is very distracting.
