Photos are saving to the phone no problem, we love it!
Great for smaller kids!
I think the best part about this is that kids get to see the dinosaurs at a level view, rather than just seeing the bellies of the dinosaurs, great companion app to the Souvenir Catalogue.

Access to camera and photos - don't think so
Both I restrict on my phone for apps. So the fact you must enable these to use the app prompted me to delete it shortly after downloading.
Does not work on latest iPhone software
Disappointing. Doesn't work at all- just a blank screen.

So disappointed after it seemed to work great at the museum but after got home found none of my photos had saved as it had stated they were. Wish I'd just used my camera as it was a once off trip with my grandson and now have no photos of our trip
iPhone 6 plus - Don't bother
Very disappointed that we couldn't utilise the app on my iPhone 6 plus. I could download the app but when opening the app I'm left with a black screen.

Loved using this to reveal dinosaurs throughout the Perth Cultural Centre. Had no trouble using the in-app camera function on my iPad, posted some photos to Facebook from within the app, and saved loads more to my camera roll. The app did ask for approval to access my camera function the first time I used it (which I believe is an Apple requirement) so perhaps the reviewer who had a problem didn't say yes to this if they were using an Apple device? I found the augmented reality dinosaurs really engaging, especially the giant animated one at the museum entrance. Also, it was a much more reasonably sized download that other augmented reality apps I've used, even though it had lots of really high quality models and animation too.

Worked without any problems
We were able to take the photos and save them to the camera without any problems. The photos themselves are ok, without being spectacular.
Camera doesn't work
Camera doesn't work in the app didn't find out till we got home to look at the photos...so disappointed. π
