I have this game downloaded to my other sons tablet and it has sound, now i downloaded this game to another one and it does not have any sound only with earbuds connected . Please fix

No response from app support
My mum has this on her phone for my son, was free for her. I put it on my iPhone. I had to pay £5.99. Worth it for my son. I wanted to put it on my tablet for my son to play on there as he don’t always have access to my phone. They want me to pay again!!!! Even though it’s on a different operating system there is no option to put in proof of purchase so I can install on there free of charge. They don’t have equality across all platforms and some people do have devices on multiple platforms so there should be options to share a game with your other devices so you don’t have to pay yet again.

My son absolutely loves this game! We have it on his pad and recently got it on my phone also. But on my phone he can’t hear the music and I can’t find where to turn it on or off.
