Hello there, We feel sorry that you are having an issue with our game. This is not the experience we want you to have. Here are our recommended steps to troubleshoot. First, you have to make sure that you haven't set any limits for in-app purchases in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchases > Allow Second, you have to make sure that you have allowed the app to access the network in Settings> WLAN> Apps using WLAN & Cellular Finally, please log out of the current AppleID account in the App Store. Enter the game again and tap the Unlock Now button to make purchases again. Key in your account information and you can unlock the rest content under normal situations. Since sometimes the App Store could be hard to connect, please try multiple times after several hours. Please feel free to email cs@yateland.com if you still have problems with this.
