What's New in Diora

1.3.0

September 1, 2026

Printable QR labels for your plants, plant fairs and markets you can actually find, and one screen for everything new across the shops you follow. QR PLANT LABELS - Print a QR label for any plant, and scanning it opens that plant's page - Two formats: a square sticker for a pot, and an 11mm strip that fits the plastic tags you already use - Pick as many plants as you like and get one printable sheet for all of them - Search and sort your collection while you pick, so a long list is not a scroll - Share or print the sheet straight from your phone, in millimetres or inches - Scanning a label works for anyone, signed in or not, so you can put one on a plant you are selling or giving away EVENTS - Find plant fairs and markets, with the dates, the venue and a link to tickets - Open the venue map to see where each stall is before you get there - Tap "I'm going" to keep an event on your list - "Add to calendar" now opens your own calendar app, so the event lands in the calendar you actually use NEW LISTINGS - One screen for everything the shops you follow have added since you last looked, all of them together instead of one shop at a time - The morning notification opens straight to it - What counts as new is fixed the moment you open the screen, so plants do not shuffle under you while you are reading BREEDING - Add as many photos to a breeding entry as you like, with captions, the same way you already do on a plant - Each photo keeps its own date taken, so a batch added together still reads in the right order - Give a breeding program its own cover photo - The breeding Photos tab is now the same full width wall as your plants - Photos already on an entry now show when you edit it, instead of appearing blank PLANT TYPES Diora recognises a lot more plant types than it did. Plants that used to fall into "Other" now show the type they always were, in your collection and on the marketplace, and the type picker offers the same list. Nothing you typed has changed, only what Diora can read. ALSO NEW - Three more nurseries on the marketplace - Scanning a plant's QR code while signed out now opens that plant on the web, instead of asking you to sign in first Plus a long list of smaller fixes across the marketplace wall, the plant grids, photos, and your collection.

User reviews

Can’t wait to see it grow!

I never leave reviews, but I am so impressed with this app. Especially considering it’s free!

I’ve tried a lot of other plant cataloging type apps, and I’ve never really found one that works for me. I’m really enjoying this one so far. It has very useful features and I like how you can enter all your own notes and info.

It seems to be originally based out of Australia, but I’m starting to see more US users/sellers. I can’t wait to see it grow & keep getting better!

If you have a good amount of plants

First off, I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this app. I decided to give it a try and started entering my plants one by one. After adding just a few, I quickly realized how helpful it actually is.

The app is easy to navigate, and it lets you enter most of the information you’d want to keep track of for each plant. One feature I’d love to see in the future is a built-in plant database that could automatically provide suggested care information, which users could then adjust based on their specific plant and growing environment.

I really hope the app stays free. Huge thanks to the developer for creating such a useful tool!
