Cannot refund and kept charging my act!
As much as I would love this app for what it is, I could not find a way to log back into my account and I have message in 2024 about assisting to sign in and disputing the charges. I wanted to cancel the subscription but as of this year in 2026, but it still charged me $70 yearly and I have no way in getting in contact with them so if a review gets their attention then so be it. I just need them to go through my account and help me with the situation. If there’s anyway that they could contact me better. I hope it’s this.!!!

Been a big fan for a while!
I love this app! And today I learned that they are taking a stand against AI! Which makes me feel so positive for them! There isn’t TONS of stories on there but they are always adding more and I’m always able to find something I like. I look forward to seeing what comes next.
Unable to cancel via glitch with app support
I initially signed up via website, and the app was so glitchy it was unusable. I moved over to a trial on the app and then was charged for a full year because the app never registered that I was doing a trial so I couldn’t cancel it in time.
The app did not recognize that I had a year subscription now and directed me to contact Josephine. I emailed her four times and sent two messages via the website in the span of three weeks to try and get my subscription restored. She never answered me back after my initial email. My last email informed her that I would have to report it as a fraudulent charge since I never received the product I paid for. STILL could not be bothered to respond.
Sign up for Quinn-it is SO much better with WAY for material and it’s much cheaper.
