Worse novel app ever
I subscribed for a few days but turned off auto-renewal because I knew I’d be busy and wouldn’t have time to read. During my subscription, I earned over 10,000 coins, including coins that came with the paid subscription.
When I came back to read, I was shocked to find that all of my remaining coins, 7,000+ had been reclaimed simply because I had canceled the renewal. That was incredibly disappointing.
I paid for the subscription, and the included coins were part of what I paid for. Taking them away just because I chose not to renew feels unfair and misleading. If coins expire or are forfeited upon cancellation, that should be made very clear before people subscribe.
Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this app. Be aware of this policy before subscribing.
