App no longer supported?

Whenever I try and use this app it tells me there’s never a car available (only after putting all your journey details in though) but if I phone them up instead, there mysteriously are drivers available. Apple Pay also doesn’t work in spite of being offered as a payment option.

My conclusion is that the firm no longer takes bookings via the app, but hasn’t done their customers the courtesy of taking it down from the App Store.
