This is not Direct Line
I am pretty sure this app has nothing to do with Direct Line, which us why no-one can find their account. significant that it does not display the real DL logo.

Direct Line may have competitive insurance but their apps leave a lot to be desired.
Just like the other reviews they can’t find my account. I will have to stick to using my online account where my account is recognised.
I think it is about time they got their app sorted. At the moment it is worse than useless.
They obviously don’t care about the customers enough to give us a proper working app.
